These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Session Stacker (the "Service") operated by Shirley Holdings LLC ("Session Stacker," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend accounts for misuse or security concerns.
Session Stacker may offer a free trial, monthly subscriptions, and a lifetime plan. Pricing and features are described on our website. Monthly plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location. We may update pricing with notice for future billing cycles.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with system performance, or use the Service for unlawful activities. We may investigate and restrict access for violations.
AI task review provides suggestions for clarity and focus. Suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to accept AI output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Session Stacker and Shirley Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service, users, or legal obligations.
