Account data: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Clerk.
Payment data: Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and plan details, but we do not store your full card information.
Session data: The tasks, timing, and session history you log are stored in Supabase so you can access your history and analytics.
AI task review data: When you use AI task review, the content you submit is sent to OpenAI to generate suggestions.
Cookies and analytics: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used.
We use your information to provide the Service, personalize your experience, process subscriptions, improve product performance, and keep the Service secure. We may also send essential product updates related to your account.
We share information with service providers that support the Service, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting), and OpenAI (AI task review). These providers process data only to deliver their services to Session Stacker.
We retain account and session data while your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting us, and we will remove or anonymize data unless we must keep it to comply with legal obligations.
You can access and update your account information in the Service. You can also request deletion or export of your data by emailing us.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice within the Service.
